Most orders are ready within 2–5 working days. The exact preparation time depends on the quantity, design requirements and current workload. Delivery time depends on the destination.
Do you provide design services?
Yes. We can help create or prepare your flag design. You can also send your existing logo or artwork for our team to prepare for printing.
Is double-sided printing available?
Yes, for selected flag types and materials. Contact us to confirm the best option for your requirements.
Which base is suitable for outdoor use?
It depends on the location, surface, flag size and expected wind conditions. Our team can recommend a suitable base and installation method. Take flags down during strong winds or storms.
Do you sell replacement fabric only?
Yes, for selected models. Availability depends on the flag model and the condition of the existing hardware, so please check with us before ordering.
Do you deliver to Salalah, Sohar and Nizwa?
Yes. We offer delivery to these cities and other destinations across Oman. Delivery time and charges vary by destination.
What file format should I send?
Vector artwork is preferred: AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF containing vector artwork. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be accepted. Send your file and we will check its suitability for printing.
